Dencryl Roof Deck System OS 10

(4.5-6.5 mm)

Fast curing roof deck coating system with separate, manually applied waterproofing membrane and wear coat with enhanced crack bridging properties (class B 4.2) and lVT+V (-20°C) for exposed roofs with pedestrian and vehicle traffic. According to RILI SIB 2001, class OS 10 and DIN 18532 Part 1 and 6.

Applications

A weatherproof & UV Resistant heavy duty roof deck coating system designed for outdoor roof parking areas. The system consists of 2 separate layers of membrane, a fiber reinforced fleece and a strong and very durable top layer. The system offers excellent crack bridging properties and flexibility. Due to the unique properties of the PMMA binder, the system can be installed in only 2 hours, regardless the temperatures.

Application conditions

Temperature -30ºC to 30ºC, best 15 to 25ºC, max. moisture content in the concrete subfloor 5% by weight.

Temperature Resistance

Dencryl Roof System is resistant to temperature cycles up to 80°C. Extended periods at these temperatures and above will make material susceptible to chemical attack and abrasion wear.
